I host online workshops four times a year. Topics include writing for pain relief, studying memoir giants and their craft, and yoga for chronic pain. These sessions are educational and interactive. We will write and share short memoir pieces about our lives.
As a NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health), leader, I can provide mental health support and suggestions. We'll cover resources such as books and podcasts for improving mental health.
Yoga is ideal for pain relief and holistic wellness. Get personalized coaching and weekly online sessions. The focus is on gentle poses, deep breathing, and short meditative sessions. You will receive home practice resources.
